LearnerWeb Troubleshooting
Problem 1: Window opens but IIPP Training does not start. A little red "x" appears in the corner.
Solution: Download and install the latest Java Plug-In.
Problem 2: Nothing happens after clicking "Start" or "Review" to begin a course.
Solution: Disable ALL pop-up blockers. Please check your browser's toolbar for blockers from Yahoo, Google, etc.
Problem 3: Coastal Video will not play.
Solution: Download the Voxware Codec for Windows XP or Windows 2000.
Problem 4: A security warning is displayed when I open any of the Safe Work Practice documents.
Solution: Adjust your download settings in Internet Explorer. Click Here for a demonstration.
