Request to Use University Conference Room or Classroom  

This form is appropriate to request a classroom or conference room for a University meeting under the following conditions:
  • No more than four event dates and four room assignments per date
  • Monday through Thursday, 7:00am-10:00pm and Friday until 5:00pm
  • No services are requested
  • Attendance is less than 100

NOTE: Faculty, please work through your department office to submit space requests.


For all other requests, please use the Request to Use University Facilities - Standard Form for weekend events, events in outdoor areas, special facilities, computer and department labs, events requiring special services, and all other requests to use University facilities for meetings and events.
