Student organizations should contact the Union at (916) 278-6743 for all space requests.

Campus facilities are available for community events when not needed for University programs. Rental and service fees apply. Community organizations should contact the Office of Space Management directly at (916) 278-6507 for further information and to request facilities for events.

To reserve instructional rooms or outdoor spaces for a construction, renovation, or instructional furniture project, please send an email to spacemgt@csus.edu. Please identify the building and room or outdoor space, the start and end dates for the space hold, and a brief description of the project. The space change requester may be asked to provide additional project information.
